This summer IMAGO is working with SEWA as they assess their progress in the last 40 years, reaching 1,9 million members, as well as their future strategy. We are working with them in understanding their strategic dilemmas and the choices they face. And we are working with grassroots researches on strategy, team building, conflict resolution, archetypes and much more.

Because this is an “IMAGO moment” for us, we will launch IMAGOs website while in Ahmedabad. To be able to celebrate with our first partners, the adventure of finding our own wings as we help them find theirs. The co-creation of the SEWA for the next 40 years as well as the birth of IMAGO.

We will share with you in this blog, what we discover in the process; at a personal and at a team level. And we will also share images of the work.

This is difficult moment in the world, one of the worst in terms of violence in the Middle East and beyond. But it is also a moment full of opportunity, full of IMAGO moments when there is the pain of breaking up with the past and the promise of new beginnings.
